OH MY!!!!

The greatest bad pitcher of all time changed teams on Wednesday as he was traded to the Oakland A’s from the Dodgers for relief pitcher Logan Salow. Never heard of Logan Salow but looked at who he was and found out that he clearly isn’t the greatest of all time.  He has a 5.29 ERA this year in 12 games.   Last year he was actually pretty good.  He had a 1.50 ERA in 16 games.  At least Wilmer is on a team that has a smaller field so he won’t give up 5 home runs in 6 games.  Yay!

Game 2: Dogville 105, Doo Nip 93 Recap

Even without Mr. Dog, Dogville managed to tie their series with Doo Nip at 1.  White Doggey came through with a Dogville postseason record 47 points and Kanga and Fuzz Bear both chipped in 14.  Doo Nip was also playing without power forward Mad Bear who had a sprained ankle.  Backup Huckle Cat played power forward for just the 4th time all season and had 20 points. Doo Nip was led by Ruff who put up 21 and also blocked two shots.  The Bones got a 13-4 run in the 3rd which put them up by 17 and pretty much clinched the game.  Doo Nip did score 10 straight points in the 4th to make it a bit more exciting but the two teams went back and forth until the game ended with the garbage time players in the game.

Game 1: Doo Nip 91, Dogville 85 Recap

In the first game of the Dogville vs. Doo Nip series the game went to Doo Nip with a 91-85 score.  Ruff Pudle had 21 points with 6-11 three point shooting and Buttons Bear had 8 points with 6 rebounds off the bench.  The shot of the game went to Boopsy Bear who rebounded a Ruff miss but lost the ball.  The ball flicked right into the net for a very surprising two points.  Tempers flared with 3:49 to go in the 4th when Mr. Dog and Bunny Hop fought for a rebound.  Mr. Dog smacked Bunny Hop in the face and Mad Bear, standing up for his teammate, shoved Mr. Dog to the ground.  Punches were thrown between Boopsy and Mr. Dog as Mr. Dog was ejected and Bunny Hop, Boopsy, and Mad Bear were all given technical fouls.  As Mr. Dog was leaving the court, a fan behind the tunnel started yelling and throwing things at him.  Mr. Dog tried to enter the stands but was held back by teammates.  Possible MVP White Doggey had a game high 25 points for Dogville and Bee Bear had a quiet 12 points.  The next game is on Monday back in Doo Nip starting at 5:30 but Dogville might be without their starting center Mr. Dog.
